Hot Hatch-a Tea is a seasonal challenge in Forza Horizon 6 that asks players to complete several straightforward objectives using the 2021 Hyundai i20 N. Although none of the individual tasks are especially difficult, the challenge becomes much easier when you know exactly which car to use, where to perform the speed skills, and how to finish the final time attack. For players interested in Forza Horizon 6 Boosting, this event is also a useful example of how preparation and route planning can make seasonal objectives much faster.
The challenge is divided into several stages, beginning with obtaining the required Hyundai and ending with a three-lap time attack at Horizon Stadium. You do not need an especially tuned car or a perfect driving performance. Following the objectives in order will let you complete the challenge with minimal unnecessary driving.
Start With the 2021 Hyundai i20 N
The first requirement is to get behind the wheel of the 2021 Hyundai i20 N. If you already own the car, simply select it from your garage. Otherwise, you can purchase it from the Autoshow or earn it for free by completing the Scenic Nights championship available during the current week.
Once you have the i20 N, take it to any festival site or player house. Enter Freeroam and begin driving normally. You only need to travel a short distance before the first chapter of the challenge registers as complete.
Build Speed on a Long Straight
The next objective requires four Speed Skills while driving the Hyundai. A long, open stretch of road is the easiest place to accomplish this.
The drag strip beside the main Horizon Festival site is a convenient option because it provides plenty of room to accelerate. However, you can use almost any highway or long straight if you prefer.
Accelerate the i20 N to approximately 120 mph. As you maintain high speed, the game will begin awarding Speed Skills. Great Speed, Awesome Speed, and Ultimate Speed all contribute toward the requirement, so you do not need four completely different types of skills.
Find a Street Race
After completing the speed requirement, the challenge asks you to win a Street Race using the same Hyundai. Street Races are represented by purple icons on the map, making them relatively easy to identify.
Festival Chase, located just north of the main Horizon Festival site, is a convenient choice. Its location means you can reach it quickly after completing the speed section.
Before starting, open the difficulty settings and reduce the driver difficulty to Tourist. This makes the race much easier and allows you to focus on completing the objective rather than maximizing your racing performance.
Win the Race in the i20 N
Enter the selected Street Race while still driving the 2021 Hyundai i20 N. The key requirement is simply to finish first.
You do not need to use a special tune, change the car's appearance, or complete additional objectives during the event. Keep the i20 N equipped and win the race on Tourist difficulty.
Once the race ends, the next stage of Hot Hatch-a Tea becomes available.
Head to Horizon Stadium
The final major objective takes you to Horizon Stadium on the far western side of the map. Look for the Edamame Time Attack, which is the seasonal evolving-world time attack associated with the challenge.
Travel to the stadium and enter the event. The goal here is not to set a competitive leaderboard time. Instead, you simply need to complete three laps while staying inside the checkpoints.
Complete the Three Laps
During the Edamame Time Attack, concentrate on finishing three full laps. You do not need a particularly fast or clean run, so there is little reason to take unnecessary risks.
Stay within the marked checkpoints and keep moving until the third lap is complete. As long as you avoid failing the route, the objective should progress normally.
Trigger the Final Completion
After completing the third lap, leave the stadium and then fail or quit the time attack to trigger the completion notification. This final step is important because simply finishing the laps may not immediately display the challenge completion message.
Players working through seasonal content can also buy Forza Horizon 6 Credits when preparing their wider garage and progression plans. However, Hot Hatch-a Tea itself is primarily about using the correct car and following the objectives efficiently.
Finish the Challenge Efficiently
For players considering cheap Forza Horizon 6 Credits, this seasonal challenge is a good reminder that not every reward requires extensive grinding. Obtain the i20 N, complete the four Speed Skills, win one Street Race on Tourist, and finish three laps at Horizon Stadium.
Following that order keeps the route simple and minimizes wasted travel. With the right car ready and the locations in mind, Hot Hatch-a Tea should be a manageable seasonal activity for both experienced drivers and players who simply want to complete their weekly objectives.
