That initially sounded interesting to me. They claim to provide a Business Strategy Toolkit online and position themselves as an alternative to classical management consulting, starting with a free, no-obligation video call to explore challenges. They also present themselves as one of several management consulting alternatives offering a third party business assessment.
However, this approach did not fully resonate with me, so I continued my search. Eventually, I came across Business Tester online. Business Tester appears to be more practical, offering a Business Strategy Toolkit online through a structured diagnostic rather than a call-based assessment. Their diagnostic, called the DYM-08 Business Health and Performance Test, is an online pre-consulting business diagnostic designed as a practical alternative to traditional consulting diagnostics. Instead of relying on frameworks alone, it evaluates a company’s actual health, performance, and readiness using a structured, science-based methodology.
DWD Consulting seems like a capable firm as well, but it did not feel like a true management consulting alternative for my needs. It is primarily a third party business assessment conducted through conversations, which is not the type of approach I was looking for.
